3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) pera888 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. pera888 is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pera888 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. pera888 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.4 Verification. pera888 may require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Required documents may include a government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
3.5 Account Ownership. pera888 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights therein to any other person.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. pera888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified in the Cashier section of your account and may be updated from time to time.
4.3 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the source.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. pera888 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within one (1) business day for GCash and PayMaya, and within three (3) business days for bank transfers. Processing times may vary during peak periods.
4.5 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and free bet winnings may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Specific requirements are detailed in the applicable bonus terms at the time of offer.
4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. pera888 complies with Philippine anti-money laundering laws. We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation and to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities.
5.1 pera888 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates.
5.2 pera888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
5.3 Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic play, collusion, or use of automated software constitutes abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
5.4 Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per IP address, and per device. pera888 reserves the right to withhold bonus funds where it reasonably suspects abuse.
6.1 All games on pera888 use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are operated by licensed third-party providers and are subject to their respective game rules.
6.2 In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, pera888 reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to players. pera888 is not liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
6.3 Game results displayed on the pera888 platform are final. In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on pera888's servers, the server record shall prevail.
6.4 pera888 reserves the right to void bets placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error or human error.

8.1 All content on pera888, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, and user interface elements, is the property of pera888 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pera888 platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any pera888 content without prior written consent.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, pera888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
9.2 pera888's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 pera888 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access the platform at your own risk.
10.1 pera888 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or where required by law or regulatory authority.
10.2 Upon termination for cause, pera888 may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, verified balances will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
10.3 You may close your pera888 account at any time by contacting support. Any verified balance at the time of closure will be returned to you, subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.

13.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of pera888 shall first be submitted to pera888's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
13.3 pera888 operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR (Philippine Amus ement and Gaming Corporation). Players who believe their dispute has not been resolved fairly may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.
